Fearless in 2019

2019 is going to be the year I make serious changes. MAJOR changes. Things that I have been doing for years are beginning to shift. The way I spend my money, to my daily routine, and to the way I perceive myself and the world. 2018 taught me that I had enough of being broke, lacking motivation and to just simply exist. So I made a pact to myself. This 2019 was the year I leave all my past, all my failures, and all of my fears.  I can’t go back and change anything, all I can do is move ahead at this point and learn from my mistakes. I am choosing to look forward.

2019 is going to be the year I work on a better version of myself. A version that takes care of my health. A version who is all there for her family. A version of myself who is intentional about everything.  A version that believes what I believe and sticks to her beliefs. A version that isn’t afraid to try new things or to go to new places. A version of myself that doesn’t care what people think. And is no longer afraid to say what I think. A version of myself to pursue my passions. A version of myself that isn’t afraid to fail and to try again and again. Now do you get my point!? LOL! It reminds me of the verse in Proverbs 31:25: “she is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” To me it means a version of a person who gets dressed everyday with valor and steps into the day without fear of what it may hold, because she knows who she is and who God called her to be. And that’s the version I want to be in 2019. And just like Apple comes out with a new iPhone version each year, that’s how I hope to be as I age. Better and better and better!! Hope you will consider upgrading to the best version of yourself this 2019. I believe in you. God believes in you. God is within you, and you will not fall! Psalm 46:5
